Ashtyn Bouslog was named North Eastern Athletic Conference Women's Volleyball Player of the Week on Monday, as she helped the Chargers to a 3-1 record last week. Bouslog and the Chargers are now 10-10 overall and improved to 5-1 in conference play with a 3-0 win over Wilson on Saturday morning.
After connecting on four kills in a 3-1 loss to York (Pa.) on Tuesday, Bouslog had one of the best matches of her collegiate career on Wednesday, as she pounded home 21 kills against just seven errors on 51 attempts in a 3-1 victory over Wilkes. Bouslog also added three aces, four digs and three blocks against the Colonels in Wilkes-Barre, Pa.
Bouslog had six kills in the win over the Phoenix on Saturday morning and then led the Chargers past Eastern Mennonite on Saturday afternoon. Against the Royals, Bouslog had 15 kills, 18 digs and two more aces.Â
For the week, Bouslog had 46 kills, 25 digs and five aces. She is now second on the team with 149 kills this season and is one of four Lancaster Bible players with 100+ digs this year.Â
The Chargers return to the court on Tuesday night when they host Hood at 7 p.m.
