LBC freshman Aubrey Folger had a game-high 24 points to lead the Chargers past the Patriots in Lancaster. Down by 10, 31-21, with 2:20 to play in the first half, the Chargers used a 17-0 run over the next 10:25 to turn the game in their favor. Amanda Compton had 18 points and 15 rebounds for Valley Forge Christian, while Lauren Heliger had nine points, eight rebounds and five assists for the Chargers.

The Patriots broke open a tie game with a 15-5 run at the end of the first half to take a 10-point halftime lead and never let the Chargers back in the game and cruised to their second straight East Region title. Morgan Godwin had 20 points, including six three-pointers, to lead the Patriots, while Amanda Reich had 18 points.  Emily Lloyd had 17 points and 10 boards to pace the Chargers.
