The Lancaster Bible College Athletic Hall of Honor was developed in May of 2022 and has inducted four classes of former student-athletes and coaches including the most recent 2025 class members:Â former athletic director and coach
Tom Figart Jr., baseball powerhouse
Justin Taylor (’19) and basketball standouts
Shanice (Smith) Hines (’17) and
Albert Suniga (’17).
The Lancaster Bible College Athletic Hall of Honor exists To recognize individuals who have distinguished themselves in the field of intercollegiate athletics at Lancaster Bible College, either by virtue of their performance on athletic teams representing the college, coaching or administration success at the college, or by serving the Kingdom of God during or after their time at the college.
The 2026 class will be inducted into the Hall of Honor during Homecoming & Family Weekend, Sept. 18-19, 2026.
Nominations will be accepted until March 30, 2026. The LBC Athletics Hall of Honor Committee will meet soon after nominations close to discuss who will be inducted into the 2026 class and those chosen will be notified by early summer. Any further questions can be directed to Bob McMichael:
