The Lancaster Bible men's volleyball team joined five other teams in Altoona, Pa. this weekend for a North Eastern Athletic Conference weekend, but unfortunately for the Chargers, their losing streak reached 13 games following three straight losses to Hilbert, D'Youville and Medaille. Lancaster Bible is now 1-16 overall and 0-7 in NEAC play. The Chargers return to the court on Monday when they host Penn St. Behrend for a rare 4 p.m. start on a weekday afternoon. Lancaster Bible will also battle Stevenson on Wednesday in Stevenson, Md., before returning to NEAC play next weekend in Keuka Park, N.Y. when the Chargers will take on Penn St. Altoona and Keuka.Â

Hilbert 3, Lancaster Bible 0
25-18, 25-21, 25-19Hilbert earned its first win of the season as Hawks swept the Chargers in three sets. Senior
Nathan Diehl had a team-high eight kills for the Chargers, while freshman
Justin Stoltzfus had a match-high 16 digs. Fellow freshman
Caleb Strite added three kills and three blocks and Strite also recorded the team's lone ace for the match. Sophomore
Derek Bigley added five kills and 10 digs as well for the Chargers and senior
Paul Fulbright had 20 assists.
Lancaster Bible is now 2-3 all-time against Hilbert.
D'Youville 3, Lancaster Bible 0
25-11, 25-15, 25-15D'Youville, the top team in the NEAC, had 36 kills against just nine errors as the Spartans swept the Chargers. Diehl and Strite each had three kills to pace Lancaster Bible and
Alex Woelkers added two kills, four digs and an ace. The Spartans were led by Steve Goedtel who had a match-high eight kills.
Lancaster Bible is now 1-4 all-time against D'Youville.
Medaille 3, Lancaster Bible 0
25-13, 25-17, 25-14Medaille, currently the second place team in the conference, had 44 kills compared to Lancaster Bible's three. The three kills is a new program-low for kills in a match as the Chargers were led by Stoltzfus' 10 digs.
Freddie Vargas added two digs for Lancaster Bible, while
Sha'quan Mack added one dig.Â
The Chargers have never beaten Medaille and are now 0-4 all-time against the Mavericks.
