Krissy Pennell followed with a layup to give the Chargers a 14-6 lead after 10 minutes of play.
Lancaster Bible increased its lead to 10 in the first 21 seconds of the second quarter as Goyak grabbed an offensive rebound and put home the layup. Midway through the quarter, another layup from Pennell put the Chargers ahead, 24-13, and then it was time for the
Caitlin Hickey show, as the freshman scored 11 of the game's next 13 points and put Lancaster Bible up, 35-15 with 1:52 left to play. Hickey drained three 3-pointers during the run as she energized both her team and the crowd and gave the Chargers a big first half lead.
