The Lancaster Bible College women's tennis team played their first match of the 2022 spring season, defeating Clarks Summit University by a score of 9-0 on Wednesday, March 2.

Cara DiCiano won her matchup in the #1 slot, sweeping Naomi Sarowitz 6-0 in both sets.
- The second matchup featured a straight set victory for
Kenedi Berkhimer, beating Melanie Stabler 6-1 and 6-0.

Chloe Campbell handled her opponent, winning 6-1 and 6-0 against Katie Burgess.
- In the #4 spot,
Kaitlin Kirby mirrored Campbell's performance, winning 6-0 and 6-1 against CSU's Rachel Chastain.

Alycia Eglauer took down the Defenders' Linae Varner in straight sets, winning 6-1 and 6-0.

Kyrstin Jarvis played the most competitive match for Lancaster Bible, winning 6-1 and 7-5 against Ksenya Larsen-Sorterup.

- The pair of DiCiano and Berkhimer played as the 1|2 pair for LBC, claiming the 8-1 victory over Stabler and Sarowitz.

Camryn Burkholder played in a doubles match alongside Campbell, helping to take down Burgess and Varner in an 8-0 set sweep.
- The team of Kirby and Jarvis handled their pair of Clarks Summit opponents, rolling to an 8-0 set victory.

The women's tennis team will head to Hilton Head, South Carolina where they will take part in the Spring Tennis Fest, opening the trip against Greenville University on Monday, March 14 at 3:45 p.m.
