The Lancaster Bible College women's lacrosse team traveled north Morrisville, N.Y. for a United East Conference game versus the SUNY Morrisville Mustangs on Saturday afternoon. The Chargers ended up falling 25-2, marking their second loss in conference. The Chargers drop to 3-9 overall and 1-2 in the United East, while the Mustangs improve to 5-7 overall and 3-0 in conference.
 
How It Happened: The Mustangs raced out to an early 16-0 lead after the first two periods of play. The Chargers, though, managed to get back-to-back goals from Katelynn Perrotta to make it 19-2 in the third period, but the Mustangs continued to pour on the offensive attack, finishing out the game with six more goals and a 25-2 win.
 
By the Numbers: The Chargers were outshot 44-7 by the Mustangs… the Chargers grabbed 12 saves and the Mustangs had three… the Chargers had 22 turnovers, picked up eight ground balls, and won eight draw controls… Perrotta had two goals and three ground balls… Lindsey Weaver and Perrotta both had three draw controls each.
