The Lancaster Bible College Women's Basketball team played on the road in Annville, Pa. on Tuesday night against Lebanon Valley, suffering a 75-25 defeat. The Chargers drop to 4-9 overall and 2-0 in the United East while the Flying Dutchmen improve to 7-2 overall.

How it Happened:
The Dutchmen had the first four points of the game before sophomore
Shania Stoltzfus knocked down a 3-pointer to get within one. This would be the Chargers' only score of the quarter as Lebanon Valley scored the next 13 points straight to end the first period up 17-3. The run continued into the second quarter all the way up to under two minutes left in the half, seeing another nine in a row for a 22-point scoring run before junior
Rachel Nolt hit two free throws late in the half as LVC held a big lead at 30-5 going into halftime.

The Chargers found some offense in the second half as junior
Isabella Eufemia started the third with a fast-break layup, then freshmen
Emily Wilson and
Miriam Spender got buckets to go as well. After that, the Dutchmen went on another big run with 17 straight points, ended by a Wilson layup as both Eufemia and freshman
Emma Christner had layups to end the quarter on a 6-0 LBC run as LVC led 55-17. Wilson and Eufemia added points early in the fourth quarter, but Lebanon Valley continued to dominate as they closed out the big win at home over the Chargers.
