The Lancaster Bible College Men's Golf team competed in the Golden Oaks Shootout hosted by Arcadia University at Golden Oaks Golf Club on Monday, taking fourth-place out of eight teams with a team score of 309 (+21). Alvernia took home the team title for the day with a 291 (+3) while Swarthmore B-team finished second at 300 (+12) and Arcadia placed third at 308 (+20).
 
Clark Brubacher (So.) led the Chargers for the day as he placed 2nd overall amongst individuals with a score of 71, finishing 1-under par as one of just four golfers to break even on the day. Next up for the Chargers was Reagan Wodicka (Fr.) with a score of 78 (+6), tying for 12th-Place overall. Matthew Wilson (Sr.) finished one stroke behind, wrapping up a 79 (+7) to tie for 14th-Place overall. Next up was Vince Battistelli (So.) at +9 overall, shooting an 81 for a tie for 23rd while Zeke Clark (Sr.) wrapped up the team scoring with an 84 (+2).

The Chargers will head to Harve De Grace, Md. on Monday and Tuesday, October 5-6 to compete in The Battle at Bulle Rock hosted by Alvernia.
