2023: Kauffeldt appeared nine times for Lancaster Bible as a junior with 124 minutes played. He played a career-high 31 minutes on October 14 against Penn St. Berks and took one shot on September 11 against Mary Baldwin.

2022: Isaac Kauffeldt played in 11 games for the Chargers in 2022, playing a total of 106 minutes. He recorded his first collegiate shot on October 1 against SUNY Morrisville, finishing the season with two shots. Kauffeldt recorded his first career point when he notched an assist to Hayden Walker to cap off a 4-0 win over Valley Forge on October 10.
