2023-24: Alaysha Iwais started all 25 games for the Chargers in her final season, having her best season yet for Lancaster Bible. She became the third player since 2012 and first since the 2019-20 season to record 300 points, 100 assists, and 100 rebounds. Her 319 points were second on the team and a career-high, averaging 12.8 per game with a career-high 26 points in an overtime win over St. Mary's (Md.) on January 30. Iwais finished fourth in the conference with 109 assists, with a season-high nine dimes against Penn College on January 10. Alaysha won several postseason awards, including a United East All-Conference 1st Team selection for the Volt Division and a selection to the NCCAA Midwest Region Team as an Honorable Mention. To end her career, Iwais ranks second in program history with 368 assists, one of the greatest passers the Chargers have ever had. She's also in the record book in several other categories, ranking 9th all-time in 3-pointers, 13th all-time in steals, and 18th all-time in total points.
2022-23: Iwais continued to impress on the court for the Chargers, starting 23 out of LBC's 24 games during the 2022-23 season. She scored 170+ points for the third straight season, amassing 193 points for an average of 8.4 per game. She scored 10+ points nine times with a season-high 19 against Wells College on January 21. Iwais' biggest impact was in the passing game, dishing 112 total assists through 23 games, with her 4.9 assists per game being the highest mark in the United East. She also became just the 6th player in Chargers history to record 100+ assists in a single season and the 6th-most assists in a single season ever. In a national context, Iwais finished in the top-30 in NCAA Division III in assists. In addition to the scoring game, Iwais grabbed 113 rebounds and swiped 31 steals. Alaysha was the lone representative for the Chargers on the all-conference roster, earning United East All-Conference 2nd Team honors. She currently sits at 7th all-time for total assists in program history at the end of her junior season.
2021-22: Alaysha Iwais played and started in all 25 games for the Chargers during the 2021-22 season, the only player to do so. She scored a career-high 203 points in total, connecting on 25 3-point field goals at a 32.1% rate. She also led the team with 99 assists, dishing 5+ assists ten different times throughout the season. Her 99 assists were the 7th-most in a single season in team history. Iwais also grabbed 102 rebounds and swiped 26 steals for the Chargers. Her performance on the season earned her a spot on the United East All-Conference 1st Team, the first major accolade of her college career. Iwais' best overall game came against SUNY Morrisville on December 3 where she scored a season-high 16 points, adding seven assists and seven rebounds.
2020-21: Did not play.
2019-20: Iwais appeared in 20 games for Lancaster Bible during the 2019-20 season, starting in 19 of them. She averaged 8.5 points and dished a total of 48 assists in about 27 minutes per game. She also knocked down nine 3-pointers and recorded 35 assists on the season. Iwais' best game of the season came on January 17 when she scored a season-high 21 points against Penn St. Harrisburg.
