2024: Samantha Perloni started all 17 games for the Chargers and played every single minute in 2024. She netted her first career score on September 11 against Bryn Athyn for the game-winner in a 2-0 victory, adding an assist the next game against Immaculata on September 14 for three total points on the year. Perloni helped anchor the defense all year and stretched the field often with 14 shots, the most by a Charger defender this season.

2023: Perloni made 16 appearances as a freshman with 14 starts, playing 1,105 minutes and helping anchor the Chargers' back line. She helped push the ball up with seven shots on the season and registered her first career assist on October 18 at Penn St. Harrisburg, contributing to a big 2-2 tie with the Lions. Samantha played all 90 minutes for Lancaster Bible seven times, the third-most on the team in 2023.
