Ashlee Conrad is in her second year as Head Coach of the Women’s Flag Football team at Lancaster Bible College. She joined Charger Athletics in the spring of 2025 to help launch the program, which quickly grew to include more than 25 student-athletes.
A 2023 graduate of Kutztown University, Conrad earned a degree in Elementary Education and currently teaches 6th grade Math and Science in the Governor Mifflin School District. During her time at Kutztown, she served as a student assistant for both the offense and defense from 2021–2023 and continues to volunteer as an assistant linebackers coach.
Conrad was part of Kutztown’s recent string of success, which includes PSAC Championships in 2021, 2023, 2024, and 2025, as well as Super Region 1 Championships in 2023 and 2025. She brings her expertise, energy, and passion to Charger Athletics as she helps grow one of the fastest-rising collegiate sports at Lancaster Bible College.
