Previous Seasons
2024: Phoebe Clemens spearheaded the Chargers' offense in her senior season, starting all 38 games and ranking among the best players in the conference. She finished second in the United East with a career-best .496 batting average, also ranking tied for third in hits with 56. Her program-best 35 stolen bases led the entire conference and her career-best 1.335 OPS was second in the conference. Nationally, Phoebe ranked tied for 13th in batting average and 22nd in on-base percentage at .556. Clemens set five single-season program records for Lancaster Bible, including batting average (.496), hits (56), stolen bases (35), on-base percentage (.556), and triples (7), four of which were records that she already held from previous seasons. Clemens helped lead the Chargers to their first-ever postseason game, where she walked three times and scored a run in a 5-6 loss to Penn St. Abington on May 1. Phoebe earned two United East Player of the Week awards in 2024 and was named to the All-Conference 2nd Team for the third time in her career, making it four total all-conference selections. Academically, Phoebe was named the United East Senior Scholar Athlete for Softball and earned a CSC Academic All-American selection to the 3rd Team. Lastly, Clemens was named the Deb Thompson Award winner by the NCCAA for her tremendous impact on and off the field.

2023: Clemens proved herself to be an important leader for the Chargers in 2023, having her best season yet in 36 starts. She topped her previous record for hits by connecting on a program-record 54 hits, averaging 1.5 hits per game and now holding the program record for batting average with a .458 clip for the season. Clemens also tied her previously held record with 39 RBIs and connected on 15 extra-base hits, including five triples, making that back-to-back seasons with 5+ triples. Stacking up with the rest of the United East, she finished tied for 4th in batting AVG, 4th in runs scored (37), 4th in hits, tied for 2nd in triples, and 2nd with 20 stolen bases (career-high and tied for program record). Clemens was also named United East Player of the Week twice in 2023 and also earned an NCCAA Student-Athlete of the Week. On top of the numerous records she holds, Phoebe landed her first career All-Conference 1st Team selection after two 2nd Team awards in previous seasons. Capping off her stellar junior season, Clemens was honored as a member of the NCCAA All-American 2nd Team. Phoebe was also recognized for her academic achievement as she was named an NFCA All-America Scholar Athlete in August.

2022: Phoebe Clemens continued to improve during her sophomore season with the Chargers, starting all 40 games in 2022. Her impact was felt on the offensive side of the ball, posting a .398 batting average and an OPS of 1.080, both team highs. The program record book saw some revisions after Clemens' season as she tied the hits record with 51 and set a new record for triples with seven, the most in the United East. She also set a program record with 40 runs scored and now has the most RBIs in a single season with 39 RBIs. Her 19 stolen bases are the second-most in Chargers history and were the fourth-highest total in the United East. Phoebe's season did not go uncredited, earning a nod to the United East All-Conference 2nd Team for her impressive 2022 campaign.

2021: Clemens played and started in 17 games for Lancaster Bible during the 2021 Season. She knocked a total of 22 hits, 5 of them for extra bases and 1 for a home run. Clemens posted a team-high .423 batting average and drew 9 walks. In addition, she stole a team-high 8 bases for the Chargers and had an on-base percentage of .508. With her season, Clemens earned her first All-Conference selection, being named to the NEAC All-Conference 2nd Team as a freshman.
