Season-by-Season Highlights
The 2020 season was canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

The Chargers returned to the floor in 2021 and the team got off to a strong going 2-2 in the Bob Jones Labor Day Tournament. LBC picked up three straight wins at home to start the season, defeating McDaniel College for the first time in program history. The Chargers went 4-4 in United East play sweeping St. Mary’s and Wells in the final weekend for the season. LBC ended the season in a three-way tie with SUNY Morrisville and St. Mary's for the final playoff spot. The Chargers dropped the tiebreaker based on set winning percentage.

Head coach Julie Brubaker and her women’s volleyball team saw great improvement with an 18-12 overall finish. After losing their first five games in the 2022 campaign, the Chargers pulled things together after winning their first eight games in the month of October. Due to this massive run and another three-game win streak to finish the regular season, Coach Brubaker and the squad finished 5-3 in the United East Conference, which gave them the last spot in the United East Conference Playoffs. The four-seeded Chargers ultimately fell to one-seeded SUNY Morrisville, but the team has a hopeful future ahead of them. To top off Brubaker’s third season as head coach for the Chargers, she had three of her players named to All-Conference teams.

Brubaker and squad posted another 18-win season, finishing 18-11 overall and a 5-1 United East Conference record. The Chargers made their second-straight appearance in the conference playoffs, beating four-seed Penn St. Harrisburg, 3-2, in the Volt Division Semifinal before falling to conference champion Gallaudet, 3-0 in the Volt Division Final. Four student-athletes earned All-Conference honors with Leah Helman, Chloe King, and Morgan Fenstermacher earning First Team and Madeline Reed being named to the Second Team. Helman was the United East Defensive Player of the Year for the Volt Division and an NCCAA Midwest All-Region selection, and King earned the United East Senior Scholar Award for the fall season.

The Chargers had their best season yet under Julie Brubaker as they set a program record in wins with a 26-10 record, setting another program mark with a 9-1 United East record on the year. They clinched the two-seed in the conference postseason and collected two playoff victories, beating seven-seed Penn St. Abington at home 3-1 and sweeping three-seed St. Mary's (Md.) to reach the United East Championship game for the second time in program history, falling 3-0 to top-seeded Gallaudet in the match. The Chargers also made history as they won their first NCCAA Regional title at the Division I level, besting Ohio Christian in four sets to win the Mideast Region and advance to the NCCAA National Championship. Lancaster Bible totaled five All-Conference selections with Eden Belford, Leah Helman, and Lea Sareyka named to the First Team, Madison Reap to the Second Team, and Madeline Reed to the Third Team. In addition, Helman was named Defensive Player of the Year for the third consecutive season and also earned a Mideast Region Second team selection, breaking the program's all-time digs record with 1,992 digs across four seasons. Head Coach Julie Brubaker earned recognition from the NCCAA as the Mideast Regional Co-Coach of the Year alongside Campbellsville's Peyton Johnston.

Brubaker led the Chargers again in 2025 en route to her fourth straight 17-win season, finishing at 17-12 with a 7-3 United East record on the year. The Chargers got the three-seed in the conference postseason a won their opening match over six-seed Penn St. Brandywine in straight sets, but fell on the road in the Semifinals to two-seed St. Mary's (Md.) 3-0. The Chargers tallied a program-record seven players on the All-Conference release as Madison Timberlake was named to the First Team, Eden Belford, Jessica Fletcher, Madeline Reed, and Lea Sareyka all earned Second team honors, and Riley Dodrer and Madison Reap earned Third Team honors. In addition, Timberlake was named Defensive Player of the Year for LBC's fourth straight honoree in the category. For NCCAA honors, Timberlake was named to the Mideast All-Region First Team while Fletcher and Sareyka landed on the Second Team and Belford was a Honorable Mention.
