2022: Colburn appeared in 21 matches for Lancaster Bible in 2022. He totaled two kills and two assists on offense, and on defense he recorded 73 digs, the sixth-highest mark on the team. His main contribution came from behind the line, landing 13 service aces on the season. Colburn posted a career-high 19 digs at home against Hiram College on January 29, the highest single-game total for the Chargers in 2022.

2021: Darien Colburn played in five matches for LBC during his freshman season. He had a total of two kills and six digs, also registering an assist. His best performance of the season came from the serve on February 26 against Wilson when he tied the team's season-high with six service aces in one match, adding two kills as well.
