Previous Seasons
2025: Jaiden Flanagan jumped in his second season, playing in 29 matches with 101 sets played and becoming an All-Conference level player for the Chargers. He finished third on the team with 156 total kills and hit at a 26.3% clip, averaging over 1.5 points per set. He set a new career-high with 17 kills on January 15 against a ranked Misericordia team, also finishing third on the team with 33 service aces. On defense, Jaiden landed 69 total blocks and had seven games with at least four, landing a season-high six blocks on January 18 against Roanoke. Flanagan was named to the United East All-Conference 2nd Team and also earned NCAA Tournament All-Regional honors for his performance in the NCAA Tournament Second Round where he had seven kills and five blocks against Messiah on April 18.

2024: Flanagan appeared in four matches for the Chargers as a freshman, playing in six sets. He finished with 12 kills and just two errors for a .417 hitting percentage, adding four blocks and two digs. His best game was a road win over Bryn Athyn on April 6 where he posted five kills, two digs, one block, and one assist, also recording two kills and one block against #3-ranked Southern Virginia on March 9.
