2025: Herb played in 15 matches in 2025 for the Chargers, starting 11 times with good production for LBC. He had 36 total kills on the year with a hitting percentage of .300, tying his career-high with six kills on January 21 against Wilkes. Zach finished with 23 blocks on the year as well, landing four blocks three different times and multiple blocks in eight matches.

2024: Zach Herb appeared in four matches in 2024, finishing with 12 kills, five blocks, and one service ace. He set career-highs with six kills and two digs on March 16 against Pratt Institute.

2023: Herb played in five matches as a freshman, recording at least one kill in each appearance. He had a season-high five kills against Pratt Institute on March 25, finishing the season with 11 kills and four blocks.
