2023: Adalyn Steiner started all 36 games for the Chargers at catcher in her final season. She hit for a .292 batting average and a career-high 33 hits, knocking two doubles and driving in 19 RBIs, the third-highest mark on the team. She also showed patience at the plate with eight walks and played some small-ball with three sacrifice flies and four sacrifice hits. Behind the plate, Steiner had 81 putouts and 15 assists, committing just five errors and throwing out eight runners caught stealing.
2022: Steiner appeared and started in all 40 contests for Lancaster Bible in 2022. In 112 at-bats, she finished with a .250 batting average and career marks with 29 hits, 21 RBIs, 22 runs scored, and five doubles. She also drew a team-high 11 walks and stole 12 bases. Her first career triple came against Wells College on April 1, with the other of her two triples coming versus Gallaudet on April 20. Steiner hit a perfect 3-3 with two doubles, two RBIs, and three stolen bases on April 26 against Clarks Summit. After the season, she was named to the United East All-Sportsmanship Team for her impact on the field. Adalyn was also recognized for her academics as she was named an NFCA All-America Scholar Athlete in August.
2021: Adalyn Steiner played and started in 17 games for the Chargers during the 2021 season. She connected on 14 base hits and delivered eight RBIs, posting a .264 batting average. Steiner also stole one base and walked five times for LBC.
2020: Steiner played and started in all eight games for Lancaster Bible during their shortened 2020 season due to COVID-19. She recorded five hits and an RBI, scoring twice and drawing one walk.
