Katelyn Vanderhoff was named the 25th head coach in Lancaster Bible College Women's Basketball history in May of 2015.
Since taking over, Vanderhoff has guided the Chargers to three straight North Eastern Athletic Conference South Division championships, and the Chargers have gone 49-5 in conference games since the 15-16 season.
Vanderhoff has coached 10 NEAC All-Conference selections, including 2016 NEAC Player of the Year Aubrey Folger. Following the 2017-18 season, the Chargers became the first program in NEAC history to have three players on the NEAC All-Conference First Team, as Kirsten Webster, Caitlin Hickey and Courtney Goyak earned honors on the First Team.
After graduating from Lancaster Mennonite High School, Vanderhoff played two seasons of basketball at NCAA Division I Maine, before transferring to Messiah for her final two collegiate seasons. An injury forced her to miss the 2012-13 season, but she returned, via a medical hardship, for the 2013-14 season and helped the Falcons win the Commonwealth Conference championship and reach the second round of the NCAA Division III Tournament en route to a 21-8 season.
