Season-by-Season Highlights
2015: In her first season at the helm, the Chargers went 2-12 as she earned her first coaching victory on March 30, 2015 with a 16-10 victory at Waynesburg. She coached two North Eastern Athletic Conference All-Conference Team selections as Myranda Kemrer was named to the First Team, while Alyssa Wesner earned Third Team recognition.Â
Â
2016: The 2016 season was the best in program history as the Chargers won eight games and earned their first-ever NEAC playoff berth. The Chargers set a program-record with 197 goals scored and earned the longest winning streak in program history with four straight wins from April 8 to April 16.
Â
2017: Lancaster Bible went 6-10 in 2017, though Horst did become the young program's all-time winningest coach during the season. Senior Alyssa Wesner broke the program-record for goals in a season with 91, as she and sophomore Hannah Thompson were named NEAC All-Conference players.
Â
2018: The Chargers went 4-12 in 2018, and posted a 3-6 mark in NEAC play. Lancaster Bible struggled early in the season, but rebounded to win three of its final five games, including the first shutout in program history on April 18, when Lancaster Bible defeated Cedar Crest, 15-0. Kemrer was named to the NEAC All-Conference First, while Thompson earned Third Team honors.
2019: Lancaster Bible went 3-14 overall and 2-7 in NEAC action, as the Chargers posted back-to-back NEAC wins over Penn St. Abington and Hilbert in early April, outscoring the teams, 35-10 over the two games. Hannah Thompson earned NEAC All-Conference honors for the third straight season, while fellow senior Raegan Horst was named to the NEAC All-Conference Third Team.
2020: The Chargers were 0-4 in mid-March when the season was canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Lancaster Bible had improved in each of its four early games, and the Chargers tough non-conference schedule was preparing them for a solid NEAC season. Kendal Ream led the Chargers with 12 goals, while Camryn Horst was second on the squad with seven goals.
