Ally (Brown) Long was named the fifth head coach in Lancaster Bible Women's Soccer history following the 2017 season when she was the Interim Head Coach of the Chargers.
In Long's first season, the Chargers had three NEAC All-Conference selections, including First Team honoree, Raegan Horst.
Long attended Eastern Mennonite University during her freshman season in 2009, and then transferred to Lancaster Bible for her remaining three years. During her time in Lancaster, Long appeared in 60 games, and scored 36 goals, while assisting on 28 others. She is one of five players in program history with 100 points or more and was named NEAC Player of the Year in 2011. She was a NEAC All-Conference First Team selection in both 2011 and 2012, and helped the Chargers to the NCAA Division III National Tournament both of those seasons as well.
After Lancaster Bible, Long attended Cairn University and earned her Master's Degree in Business Administration, while assisting on the women's soccer staff.
She and her husband Dave were married in May of 2019.

Season-by-Season Highlights
2017: Lancaster Bible lost its first five games of the season, but rebounded to finish the year 7-4-3, and advanced to the NEAC Playoffs for the seventh straight season. The Chargers posted a 6-3-1 mark in NEAC play, and closed the year with a record .500 or better on the road for the eighth straight season.
2018: The Chargers finished the regular season 5-1-1 over their final seven games, and advanced to the NEAC Playoffs for the eighth straight season. Lancaster Bible was 3-0-2 in road NEAC games, and once again was over .500 in conference play.
2019: Lancaster Bible posted a four-game winning streak early in the season, and then won its final regular season game to earn the final NEAC playoff spot. The Chargers led 2-1 late in their NEAC Quarterfinal contest, but the Nittany Lions scored twice in the final 20 minutes to earn the win...Kara Huber and Julianne Miller each earned NEAC All-Conference Second Team honors.
