Doug Huff joined the Lancaster Bible women's soccer staff prior to the 2010 season. Since he and Lancaster Bible Women's Soccer Head Coach Ken Craul teamed up, the Chargers have gone 64-23-1, made two NCAA Division III National Tournament appearances and won the 2012 North Eastern Athletic Conference Championship.Â
One of Huff's main roles is working with the LBC goalkeepers. During Huff's four seasons, the Chargers have allowed just 106 goals in 88 games (1.21 goals against average). Former Chargers' goalkeeper Emily Lloyd was named NEAC Goalkeeper of the Year in 2011 and in four seasons, the goalkeepers have helped anchor 36 shutouts.
