Seth Lehman was announced as the seventh head coach in Lancaster Bible Women's Soccer history on June 30th, 2025. This is his first head coaching job at the NCAA Division III level and the Lancaster Bible Athletics are excited to welcome him in for the 2025 season.
Lehman has an extensive background in local high school sports, amassing over 300 wins, nine Coach of the Year awards, and two state championships in 15 seasons at Cumberland Valley (2009–2015) and, more recently, Northern High School (2015–2023). He also has a highly decorated playing career, including four years as a player for Messiah University ('04), where he won two NCAA Division III National Championships, one year of semi-professional soccer with the Chicago Eagles, and is the all-time assists and goals leader at Northern High School ('01).
