Gracie (Gormley) Sareyka is in her second year with Charger athletics. She was named the Graduate Assistant for Charger Care in August of 2023 and now holds the title of Director of Charger Care and Gameday Operations. Some of her responsibilities include connecting with student-athletes, providing routine mental health and wellness checkups, and counseling struggling student-athletes.
She also oversees Gameday Management including oversight of operations for home contests, student-workers, gameday contracts, officials, and working with the administrations in various roles.
Sareyka graduated from Messiah University with a Bachelor’s in Human Development and Family Science in May of 2023 and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Professional School Counsing at Lancaster Bible. Sareyka was a pivotal piece in the Women’s Lacrosse program over her four-year career, earning IWCLA First Team All-American, USA Lacrosse Magazine Second Team All-American, and being named the MAC Commonwealth Defender of the Year.
She recently married her high school sweetheart, Grant Sareyka, in June of 2024.
