Jade Brubaker

Jade Brubaker was named Athletic Fields Manager and Head Men’s Volleyball Coach at Lancaster Bible College in June 2013. He is the eighth coach in program history and currently holds the program record for career coaching victories with 193 wins.

Since taking the helm, Brubaker has coached 38 All-Conference selections, including standout Nate Miller, who earned NEAC Player of the Year honors in both 2018 and 2019 and was also an AVCA Division III All-American in each of those seasons. Under Brubaker’s leadership, the Chargers have produced six Conference Players of the Year, most recently Jake Rotelle and Ben Latham. Brubaker himself has been recognized as Conference Coach of the Year five times, earning the award in 2017, 2018, 2019, 2023, and 2024.

Before arriving at Lancaster Bible College, Brubaker spent two seasons at Hannibal-LaGrange University (2012 & 2013) in Hannibal, Missouri, and six seasons coaching at his alma mater, Cairn University (2006–2011). During his tenure at Cairn, he amassed 123 victories and remains the program’s all-time winningest coach.

Brubaker is also regarded as one of the top players in Cairn University history, graduating in 2005 after a standout collegiate career.
