Baughman has been an integral part in the growth of Lancaster Bible's Track & Field program, overseeing its transition from a club level sport to an official NCAA program in the 2019-20 season. Baughman is now headed into her fifth season at the helm and is continuing to see growth in all aspects of the program.
Before beginning her role with Charger Athletics, Baughman started the Track & Field program at Meadowbrook Christian School, coaching both the middle school and high school programs for 19 years. When returning back to Lancaster County, Baughman also served alongside Lancaster County Christian School, helping them begin their Track & Field program.
Since Baughman's inaugural NCAA season, she has collected 12 National Christian College Athletic Association (NCCAA) All-American honors, two USTFCAA All-Region honorees, and a countless number of NCCAA Scholar Athletes, including Leah Bergey who was a 6x NCCAA All-American and 2x NCCAA National Champion in the 100-meter hurdles.
