Nick Wilson began at Lancaster Bible in August of 2022 as the full-time Director of Strength and Conditioning through the Orthopedic Associates of Lancaster. Wilson is responsible for the development and training of 18 NCAA Division III sponsored sports and over 200 student-athletes.
Prior to joining Charger Athletics, Wilson served as the Director of Strength and Conditioning at the University of Detroit Mercy, an NCAA Division I school in Detroit, Michigan, for six years serving closely with the Men’s Basketball team. He also worked with Men’s Lacrosse, Softball, Men’s Soccer, and Golf. Â
Earning his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire (’01), Wilson has a plethora of experience including stints with Minor League Baseball (Cincinnati Reds, Minnesota Twins, Detroit Tigers), Madonna University, and Lawrence Technological University.
Wilson is certified in NSCA – CSCS (Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist), USAW (United States of America Weightlifting) Level 1, FMS (Functional Movement Screen), and TPI (Titleist Performance Institute).
