Seth Lehman was announced as the seventh head coach in Lancaster Bible Women's Soccer history on June 30th, 2025. This is his first head coaching job at the NCAA Division III level. In his first season with the Chargers, Lehman garnered four United East All-Conference players and a conference Player of the Year honor with Janae Bergey as they finished fourth in the conference with a Quarterfinal berth.
Lehman has an extensive background in local high school sports, amassing over 300 wins, nine Coach of the Year awards, and two state championships in 15 seasons at Cumberland Valley (2009–2015) and, more recently, Northern High School (2015–2023). He also has a highly decorated playing career, including four years as a player for Messiah University ('04), where he won two NCAA Division III National Championships, one year of semi-professional soccer with the Chicago Eagles, and is the all-time assists and goals leader at Northern High School ('01).

Season-by-Season Highlights
2025:Â In his first season, Lehman guided the Chargers to their first 10-win season since 2022 at 10-7 overall, finishing over .500 in United East play at 5-3. His first coaching win came on Sept. 3 at Marywood in a 2-0 shutout victory, winning his first home contest on Sept. 25 in another shutout win 4-0 over Goucher. The Chargers won five straight games from Sept. 20 to Oct. 7 and earned their 10th win of the year on Oct. 21 at home on Senior Day against Penn St. Brandywine, highlighted by senior Janae Bergey breaking the program's single-season scoring record with 23 total goals on the season. The Chargers earned the four-seed in the conference postseason but fell at home in the Quarterfinals to Penn St. Berks 2-1 to end their season. Lancaster Bible earned four United East All-Conference selections and Bergey was named Player of the Year in the conference and USC All-Region IV Third Team as well.
