Webb serves in the Department of Student Affairs as the Director of Student Care at Lancaster Bible College. He also is designated as the Athletics Diversity and Inclusion Designee serving within athletics as a campus representative for student-athletes. He primarily works alongside Gracie Sareyka and the Charger Care program focusing on the mental health and well-being of student-athletes. He also attends specific United East Conference and NCAA conferences concerning diversity and inclusion.Â
