T.J. Horn was named Lancaster Bible Head Coach in September 2012 after having returned to an assistant role for the 2012 season following a stint as the head coach in 2011. In September 2013, Horn was brought on full-time at Lancaster Bible as he serves as both the Head Baseball Coach and as an Admissions Counselor at the college.

In his first go-round as head coach in 2011, Horn led the Chargers to a 11-15 record. During that season, Lancaster Bible won seven straight games including a 4-3 win over powerhouse Eastern Mennonite.

Horn returned to the helm in 2013 as the Chargers swept NCCAA East Region rivals Cairn and Valley Forge Christian. During the 2013 season, Lancaster Bible junior Matt Taliercio led NCAA Division III in home runs per game.

The 2014 season was one of the most successful in program history as the Chargers tied the program-record for wins in a season with 17. Senior Matt Taliercio was named to the D3Baseball Mid-Atlantic Region 1st Team, becoming the first player in program history to earn the honor. Taliercio led NCAA Division III in batting as he hit .496. Horn also led the Chargers to their fifth NCCAA East Region Championship as Lancaster Bible defeated Cairn, 2-1 in the NCCAA East Region Championship Series.

The Chargers finished 12-20 in 2015 with a 5-9 record in NEAC play. Senior Nate Long hit a conference-leading .454 and also led the conference with seven home runs. Both he and Justin Taylor were named to the NEAC First Team.

Lancaster Bible reached the NEAC Playoffs for the first time in program history during the 2016 season as the Chargers won a program-record 21 games.

In his time as head coach, Horn has had many student-athletes receive recognition on and off the field, including NCAA Division Statistical Champions Matt Taliericio (Home runs, 2013) and Justin Taylor (Home runs, home runs per game and slugging percentage, 2016).

Horn had one of the most storied careers in Lancaster Bible baseball history as he hit .495 in both his junior and senior seasons and had over 50 hits in each year as well. He was named an NCCAA All-American in 2007 and 2008 and his 159 career hits are the most in program history.

Horn and his wife, Lauren currently reside in Lancaster, Pa. with their two-year old daughter Bristol and newest addition Pryce, a son who was born in May 2016.
