Darren Rowles became the 12th head coach in men's tennis history, and the 10th coach in women's tennis history when he was announced as head coach prior to the 2017-18 season. 

Rowles coached 2018 North Eastern Athletic Conference Women's No. 1 Singles Champion Greta Strunk during his first season, and both the men's and women's teams advanced to the NEAC Playoffs.

2018:
Men's: The Lancaster Bible men's tennis program advanced the NEAC Semifinals, falling to eventual NEAC champion, Penn St. Berks, 5-0...The Chargers won two of their final three matches, including a 5-4 victory over Eastern, the program's first-ever win over the Eagles...Several players earned NEAC All-Conference nods for their play in the NEAC Individual Tournament.
Women's: Like the men, the Lancaster Bible women's tennis team lost in the NEAC Semifinals to eventual champion Penn St. Berks...Greta Strunk won the NEAC Women's Tennis No. 1 Singles title for the second straight season, while Haylee Fishel was the runner-up in the No. 5 Singles Tournament.
