Lancaster, PA- The Chargers lost to the Stevenson University Mustangs Thursday night in three sets (14-25, 18-25, 22-25). The loss dropped the Chargers to 2-6 on the season and gave the Mustangs their 9th straight win to open the season.

Despite the score, the Chargers played some of their best volleyball of the season. Lancaster Bible, fueled by tremendous fan support, steadily improved each set. By the final third set the Chargers were able to rally to a 22-25 loss. Senior captain Hannah Noble (Littlestown, PA) led the team with six digs in the match. Freshman setter Elissa Hunsberger (Norristown, PA) topped the assist category for the Chargers with ten. Finally, for the second straight game, junior middle hitter Lauren Miller (Elizabethtown, PA) led the team in kills.
