Both the men's and women's Lancaster Bible College basketball teams will trek down the Pennsylvania Turnpike tonight to renew their battle with Valley Forge Christian College. The Patriots have had the advantage in both of the series lately, something both LBC teams would like to see end this evening.

Women's Notes (6:00 p.m.):
-LBC leads the all-time series 38-31 dating back to their first meeting during the 1974-75 season.

-The Patriots have won six of the last nine meetings, including all three last season...VFCC handled the Chargers 59-40 in Lancaster in January and won a thriller in double overtime, 69-67 in Phoenixville...The Patriots won again two weeks later in the NCCAA East Region Semi-Finals, jumping out to a 21-0 lead and winning 65-46.

-The Chargers have lost their last four games in Phoenixville.

-LBC is 6-9 entering the game, including 4-4 on the road...VFCC is 10-9 and 2-2 at The Pit.

-LBC's Lacy McClaine is on a tear since the second semester started...She is averaging 15.8 points per game and is leading the team in scoring at 13.2 points per game.

-The Chargers' Nicole Karschner is averaging 10.7 points per game and 6.6 rebounds per game...Lauren Heliger is scoring 11.3 points per game and averaging 2.4 steals per game this season.

-The Patriots are led by Amanda Reich's 13.5 points per game, while Shawneal McKeither is averaging 12.4 points per game...Amanda Compton is scoring 9.1 points per game, while averaging 8 rebounds per contest.

Men's Notes (8:00 p.m.):
-The Patriots lead the all-time series 60-22 dating back to the first meeting during the 1973-74 season.

-Valley Forge Christian has won last nine games between these two schools and 11 of the last 12...LBC's last win against VFCC came in the 2007 NCCAA East Region Final when they won, 69-63 in Phoenixville.

-The Patriots have won 14 straight games at The Pit dating back to last season...Their last loss was to Eastern University on November 24, 2009.

-LBC seniors Eric Nulf and Kevin Keltner are 0-9 against the Patriots.

-LBC enters the game on a two-game winning streak...They are 6-9 this season and 3-3 on the road...The Patriots are 16-4 and 6-0 at home this season.

-The Chargers welcome back Kody Koser who hasn't played since December 20...He is the Chargers' leading scorer with 17.5 points per game...Keltner is averaging 12.3 points per game and 4.7 assists per game...Andrew Risser averages 9.8 points and 4.8 rebounds per contest.

-VFCC is led by Michael Stum and Justin Kinsey who each average 12.6 points per game.
