Box Score Mount Aloysius used a balanced scoring attack, good free throw shooting and timely defense to end Lancaster Bible's four-game winning streak as they defeated the Chargers, 85-78 at Horst Athletic Center on Monday night.Â

Albert Suniga's career night as Suniga went for 29 points for the Chargers who fell to 4-4 this season. Suniga was 11-of-19 from the floor and grabbed a game-high 10 rebounds.Â
A back-and-forth game for 30 minutes, the Mounties led 43-38 at halftime and 64-62 with 10:18 to play before going on a 14-2 run over the next five minutes to open a 14-point lead. The Chargers fought back in the final three minutes to make it a close game, but the Mounties made their free throws in the waning minutes and the Chargers couldn't make it a one-possession game.
"I thought we did some things well, but the better team won tonight," Lancaster Bible Head Coach
Marshall Tague said. "We just didn't get stops when we needed to."

CJ Dunston had 11 points and junior
Trevor Marsh had a solid game off the bench with eight points and three rebounds.Â
The Mounties (4-4) have won two in a row against the Chargers and now lead the all-time series, 14-4.Â
Lancaster Bible will wrap-up the first semester on Wednesday when they travel to face Bryn Athyn. Tip-off is scheduled for 7 p.m. The Chargers return home on January 7, 2014 to face Penn St. Lehigh at 4 p.m.
