-After winning the Women's Basketball East Region Final on Wednesday, the Chargers can sweep both titles for the first time in their history with a win.
-The Chargers will need a win to advance to the NCCAA National Tournament, while even with a loss, the Patriots, who have been ranked all season long in the national NCCAA poll, could receive an at-large bid.
-An LBC loss will end the career of seniors'
Keith Keltner and
Caleb Graves.
Dan Karl is also a senior academically, but still has one year of athletic eligibility remaining and could potentially play next season.
-The Patriots have played just twice since losing to the Chargers on February 7 and both games were against Cairn, whom the Patriots crushed both times.
-With 5:49 to play against Cairn on Tuesday night, Valley Forge Christian led, 36-1 (not a typo) and cruised to a 96-47 win.
-The game was originally scheduled for 7 p.m., but was moved back to 8 p.m.
