Box Score 2 The Lancaster Bible men's volleyball team improved to 4-4 this season after a doubleheader sweep of Gallaudet and Washington Adventist on Tuesday night in the Nation's Capital. In the first NEAC match in over five years, the Chargers took down Gallaudet, 3-0 for the third time this season, winning 25-22, 25-15, 25-6.
Mitch Demko led the Chargers with 11 kills, while
Joey Brennen added eight kills and two blocks.
Alex Bahn had 19 assists to go along with five digs.
In the nightcap, LBC defeated Washington Adventist by the same, 3-0 score, winning, 25-19, 25-12, 25-18. Brennen had nine kills and four digs, while Demko and
A.J. Longacre each added seven kills. The Chargers dominated the second set, hammering 14 kills and holding a .458 hitting percentage.
LBC (4-4) is off until next Tuesday when they head to Penn St. Altoona to take on the Nittany Lions for the second time this season. The Chargers lost to the Nittany Lions, 3-2 on January 19 in Altoona, Pa.
