Chargers' Season Ends in NEAC Semifinals

Box Score The Lancaster Bible women's volleyball season came to an end on Saturday as the Chargers lost to top-seeded Gallaudet, 3-0 in the North Eastern Athletic Conference Semifinals. The Bison improved to 30-6 with a 25-11, 25-19, 25-9 victory.

Sophomore Lauren Daniels led the Chargers with nine kills, while senior Lauren Heliger concluded her record-breaking career with six kills and 14 digs. Freshman Grace Scheuerman added 17 digs, while fellow freshman Hannah Metzler had nine digs and 21 assists.

The Chargers finish the season with a record of 17-19 and made the NEAC playoffs for the second straight season. Heliger concludes her career with 1,286 kills and 1,778 digs, both of which are new program records. Her 618 digs this season are also a new record for the Chargers.
