The Lancaster Bible men's volleyball team opened North Eastern Athletic Conference play with two losses on Saturday as the Chargers lost to Keuka and Penn St. Altoona by identical 3-0 scores at Horst Athletic Center. The Chargers are now 1-10 overall and 0-2 in NEAC play. Lancaster Bible returns to the floor next Saturday when they will face Wells and SUNY Polytechnic in Utica, N.Y. The Chargers will face Wells at 12 p.m. and the host Wildcats at 2 p.m.
Keuka 3, Lancaster Bible 025-17, 25-21, 25-21
Sophomore 
TJ Forsythe had a team-high six kills, while fellow sophomore 
Derek Bigley added three kills, five digs and two blocks, but it was not enough as the Wolfpack swept the Chargers. Freshman 
Caleb Strite had a team-high five blocks and added three kills and three aces. Senior 
Nathan Diehl chipped in with two kills, five digs and three blocks.
Keuka was led by Connor Hinman who had 11 kills, while Aaron Brill had 10 kills and three aces. 
Lancaster Bible is now 3-3 all-time against the Wolfpack.
Penn St. Altoona 3, Lancaster Bible 025-15, 25-18, 25-16
Sophomore 
Alex Woelkers had a team-high five kills to go with four blocks, but the Nittany Lions used a .221 hitting percentage and 10 aces to sweep the Chargers. Freshman 
Justin Stoltzfus and Bigley each had four kills, while Stoltzfus added a team-high eight digs. Senior 
Justin Bendo had four digs for the Chargers and fellow senior 
Paul Fulbright had three kills and 16 assists.
Penn St. Altoona was led by Jacob Byers who had 15 kills, three aces and four digs. 
The Nittany Lions now lead the all-time series with the Chargers, 4-3.
