The Lancaster Bible softball team kicked off its 2015 campaign with a split of its first two games of the season as the Chargers defeated St. Lawrence, 4-3 in the morning and lost to Southern Maine, 16-2 in the afternoon. This is the first time since the 1993 season that Lancaster Bible has won its opening game of the season. The win breaks a streak of eight straight seasons as the Chargers did not have a softball program from 2002-13.
