Playing its third game in four days, the Lancaster Bible women's lacrosse team was running on fumes and couldn't keep up with a quick Hood squad as the Blazers scored five goals in the first 10 minutes and wound up defeating the Chargers, 16-3 on Monday afternoon in Frederick, Md. The loss drops the Chargers to 0-5 this season, while the Blazers improve to 2-3.Â
Hood opened the scoring just 29 seconds into the game as Taylor McGaughey took a pass from Anne Lessard and scored to give the Blazers a 1-0 lead. Lancaster Bible sophomore
