It marks the fourth straight season the Chargers' quest for a NEAC Championship has ended in the quarterfinals and Lancaster Bible finishes this season with an overall record of 15-20.

How it Happened: Morrisville State jumped on the Chargers early in the first set and took an 8-3 lead. Lancaster Bible put its first set woes behind them quickly as they raced out to leads of 5-0 and 7-1 in the second set, but the Mustangs slowly chipped away at the deficit and used a 7-0 run midway through the set to turn a 12-9 deficit into a 17-12 lead. The Chargers didn't quit though and tied the match at 19-19 after a Morrisville State error. The Mustangs showed why they lost just twice in conference play this season and won six of the final seven points to take the second set, 25-20.

The Chargers jumped out to another quick lead in the third set as they led 4-0 and 7-2, but Morrisville State battled back again and took a lead they would not relinquish at 11-10. The Chargers hung tight with the Mustangs throughout the middle part of the set and after a ball-handling error by Morrisville State, Lancaster Bible trailed just 19-18.
