How it Happened: The Chargers started out strong as they scored the first goal of the game, thanks to Alyssa Wesner at the 28:01 mark. The Chargers would stop that scoring streak with a goal of their own from Katherine Moran off a pass from Myranda Kemrer. The Mustangs would score the next two goals, before the Chargers would get their last goal of the half from Naomi Otis with 2:25 remaining in the half. The Mustangs would put two more goals on the board before the horn for halftime rang. The Mustangs would take a 11-4 lead into the half.

The Mustangs kept it rolling in the second half as they would score the first three goals of the first half and take a 10 goal lead.
