The Lancaster Bible College women's volleyball team moved back to the .500 mark on Wednesday night as the Chargers defeated Penn St. Abington, 3-1 in Abington, Pa. The victory was the third straight for hte Chargers who are now 7-7 overall and 4-1 in North Eastern Athletic Conference play, while Penn St. Abington fell to 6-7 overall and 2-1 in conference action. Lancaster Bible earned the victory by winning, 25-13, 25-17, 24-26, 25-19.

By the Numbers: Lancaster Bible had 28 kills and a .154 hitting percentage, while the Nittany Lions had 27 kills, but committed 35 errors en route to a -.063 hitting percentage...Sophomore Ashtyn Bouslog led the Chargers with nine kills and also added nine digs...Senior Myranda Kemrer had a team-high 22 digs...Junior Hannah Gipe chipped in with eight kills, while fellow junior Erin Harkey had five more aces...Sophomore Allison Shuey had 12 assists to go with three blocks.
