The Lancaster Bible College women's lacrosse team dropped its fourth straight game on Saturday afternoon, falling to Bryn Athyn, 14-7 at Charger Field. The Chargers are now 1-9 overall and 1-3 in North Eastern Athletic Conference play, while the Lions improved to 5-1 overall and 3-1 in conference action.
1st Half Highlights:
-Lancaster Bible senior Myranda Kemrer opened the scoring just 22 seconds into the game, as she took a pass from junior Hannah Thompson and put the Chargers ahead
-Bryn Athyn scored the next five goals of the game, as five different goal scorers helped the Lions to a four-goal advantage with 21:51 to play
-Junior Raegan Horst and Thompson scored two of the next three goals, and the Chargers trailed 6-3 with 18:14 to play in the opening half
-After Bryn Athyn made it 9-3 with three straight goals, Horst and Thompson again scored back-to-back tallies, and cut the Chargers deficit to four, 9-5, as the teams headed to halftime

2nd Half Highlights:
-Thompson and sophomore Emily Morgan scored in the opening 2:28 of the second half, and Lancaster Bible found itself down just 9-7 as the clock ticked to 21 minutes to play
-Lancaster Bible had chances to climb even closer, but couldn't get the ball into the back of the net, and the Bryn Athyn offense finally woke up and scored the game's final five goals over a 20-minute span
