The Lancaster Bible College women's soccer team moved back to the .500 mark in North Eastern Athletic Conference play on Saturday afternoon, as the Chargers defeated SUNY Cobleskill, 4-0 at the Donald H. Funk Field. Lancaster Bible is now 8-7 overall and 4-4 in conference play, while the Fighting Tigers dropped to 3-11-1 overall and 1-6-1 in NEAC action.

How it Happened: Lancaster Bible opened the scoring 2:37 into the contest, as senior
Maggie Arnold took a pass from
Megan Rogers, and gave the Chargers a 1-0 lead. The Chargers controlled play throughout the entire first half, and made it 2-0 with 4:43 remaining, as
Karissa Akselsen gathered a loose ball in the box and scored her first goal of the season, and the first since Oct. 4, 2017 during her freshman season.

The Chargers didn't waste any time in the second half expanding the lead, as Rogers scored 2:28 into the half off a pass from Samantha Koons. Just 1:20 later, Lancaster Bible capped the scoring, as
Bryanna Hoover took a pass from Rogers, and drilled a shot into the lower left-hand corner for her fourth goal of the season.

The Chargers continued to dominate possession time in the second half, and easily won their eighth game of the season.
