The Lancaster Bible College men's soccer team is set to appear in the North Eastern Athletic Conference Semifinals for the third straight season on Saturday morning, as the Chargers will take on top-seeded Penn St. Harrisburg in Middletown, Pa. at 11:30 a.m. The other NEAC Semifinal features Keuka and Penn St. Abington, and the semifinal victors will meet in the NEAC Final on Sunday at 1 p.m. in Middletown, Pa.

Sept. 21, 2019: Lancaster Bible suffered just one of its two NEAC losses this season to Penn St. Harrisburg, 2-0 on Sept. 21 in Lancaster, Pa…The Nittany Lions scored at 15:58 to open the scoring, and held the one-goal lead through halftime…Lancaster Bible had two shots and a corner kick early in the second half, but after a foul in the box by the Chargers, Joey Aman converted a penalty kick goal at 58:16 to double the Nittany Lion advantage…The Chargers tried everything they could to get back into the game, but the Penn St. Harrisburg defense was stingy, and held Lancaster Bible off the scoreboard.

Lancaster Bible: Lancaster Bible defeated SUNY Cobleskill, 2-0 in the NEAC Quarterfinals on Tuesday in Cobleskill, N.Y…The Chargers scored twice in the first six minutes of the game, as
Rama Mugisha and
Nathan Muckle netted goals…The Lancaster Bible defense did the rest of the work, as the Chargers limited the Fighting Tiger offensive chances for 90 minutes, and took down SUNY Cobleskill on their home field.

Penn St. Harrisburg: The Nittany Lions earned the top spot in the NEAC Playoffs and a bye in the first round, as Penn St. Harrisburg returned to the NEAC after a five-year stint in the Capital Athletic Conference, and cruised through conference play…Penn St. Harrisburg has not played since Nov. 2, when the Nittany Lions suffered their lone conference loss of the season, a 2-1 setback to SUNY Cobleskill that snapped a seven-game win streak.
