Men's Basketball Announces 2019-20 Schedule

The Lancaster Bible College men's basketball team announced its 2019-20 schedule on Wednesday, as the Chargers will look to return to the North Eastern Athletic Conference Playoffs for the eighth straight season.
 
Lancaster Bible will be led by new head coach Jon Mack, and begin its 48th season on Tuesday, November 12, as the Chargers host Neumann at 7 p.m. The Chargers will remain in Lancaster that weekend as well, as the team will take part in Franklin & Marshall's Tip-Off Tournament on Nov. 15 & 16. The Chargers will take on the host Diplomats on Friday, Nov. 15, and then play either Christopher Newport or Marywood the following day.
 
The Chargers travel to York (Pa.) on Nov. 20, and then head to Langhorne, Pa. to face Cairn on Nov. 25. Lancaster Bible will return home to host Cabrini on December 3, and then play its lone NEAC contest of the first semester on Saturday, Dec. 7 at Morrisville State. The game in Morrisville, N.Y. is also the final contest of the first semester for the Chargers, who will play seven games in November and December, and then 18 in January and February.
 
2019-20 Lancaster Bible Men's Basketball Schedule
 
Lancaster Bible will open 2020 at Horst Athletic Center, as the Chargers host Juniata on Jan. 2, and then head to Messiah two days later to battle the Falcons in Grantham, Pa. The Chargers will play another local opponent, Elizabethtown, on Jan. 7 in Elizabethtown, Pa., before resuming NEAC play on Jan. 11 & 12 with home games against Keuka and Wells.
 
Lancaster Bible will host Penn St. Berks on Jan. 15, before taking to the road for two conference games at Penn St. Harrisburg and Gallaudet on Jan. 18 and Jan. 22. The game against Penn St. Harrisburg will be the first conference game against the Nittany Lions in six years, as Penn St. Harrisburg has been in the Capital Athletic Conference for the past five seasons.
 
The Chargers return home on Jan. 25 to host Penn St. Abington, before hosting Penn College on Jan. 29. Following a road contest at Penn St. Berks on February 1, the Chargers will host Penn St. Harrisburg on Feb. 5, and then take on Gallaudet at Horst Athletic Center on Feb. 8. Lancaster Bible heads to Williamsport, Pa. to battle Penn College on Feb. 12, before hosting Senior Day on Saturday, Feb. 15 against Cazenovia.
 
Lancaster Bible will play its final three regular season games on the road, beginning in Abington, Pa. against Penn St. Abington on Feb. 19. The final two games of the regular season will be in upstate New York, as the Chargers face SUNY Poly and SUNY Cobleskill on Feb. 21 & 22.
 
The NEAC Quarterfinals are scheduled for Tuesday, Feb. 25, followed by the NEAC Final Four at the top seed on Saturday, Feb. 29, and Sunday, March 1.
