The opening of the second half played out just like the first half, as the Chargers pressed early for a goal, and were rewarded, as senior
Chad Tolson took a great cross from sophomore
Kedric Yoder and drilled the ball into the back of the net for a 2-0 lead.
Â
Lancaster Bible didn't rest on the early goal, and junior
Michael Eufemia took another terrific pass from Mugisha just minutes after Tolson's goal, and scored on a breakaway to make it 3-0 in favor of the home team.
Â
The game slowed down over the final 30 minutes with each team having chances to score, but neither squad could convert, and the Chargers earned the shutout.
