The Lancaster Bible College men's volleyball team won its eighth straight match on Wednesday night, defeating Wilson, 3-0 in Chambersburg, Pa. The 11
th ranked Chargers won 25-11, 25-13, 25-10 and are now 10-3 overall this season, while the Phoenix dropped to 0-2.

How it Happened: Lancaster Bible jumped out to a quick 9-2 lead, as
Caleb Roberts had four straight kills for the Chargers. Wilson cut its deficit to 13-7 at one point during the set, but the Chargers scored five straight points late in the set for a 21-10 lead, as
Hunter Davis capped the run with an ace. Roberts ended the set with another kill to give the Chargers a 1-0 lead.

The Chargers raced out to another early lead in the second set, as six straight points earned Lancaster Bible an 11-4 advantage.
Konrad Martin had two kills during the run, while
Tanner Shertzer added an ace. Lancaster Bible continued to cruise through the set, and took the set on an error by the Phoenix.

Ethan Sensenig had two aces early in the third set, while
Joshua Barnes gave the Chargers a 14-4 lead with a kill midway through the frame. The Chargers earned several free points late in the third set thanks to seven straight Wilson errors, and the Chargers closed out the match just a few points later.
